The place is strategically located and near everywhere. It's not bad at all for the price of it. Although be mindful that there is a service cleaning fee of $25 dollars when you book. Which is kind of odd if you ask me. Frontdesk is very accomodating.

Day and Night staff were friendly and helpful. They ran a Happy Hour in the dining area and basic wines, cheese, and crackers were offered as courtesy. Our room was spacious, and the pool was warm while the hot tub was, well, hot.

The young lady who checked us in was very pleasant, but the had only been there a week. We were initially assigned a queen room, but I went back to the desk to say I had booked a king bed. She called her boss, who after a five minute conversation agreed to an "upgrade" to a king room with hot tub.

The staff was the best part of our stay. Everyone was so nice. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a bonus. The pool area was fun, the hot tub was large and everyone was having fun. We walked into the town, shopped and ate lunch.

The owners put A LOT of effort, time and money into making the Inn adorable and quaint. It's really too bad the place will not receive return business because of poor management. We go to Ojai all the time and we wouldn't stay there again.

Room lighting is not adequate for the room, as there is no natural light. Vanity area is where I would recommend brighter lighting. Grounds are cute, but room could use a thorough dusting and fumigation for spiders. Ground outside by the pool is especially untidy as the ground is full of pine needles, which are in the pool as well, maybe this is a never-ending problem with the trees around. I just expected that for the price attention to detail in the presentation of the property would be of importance. Bed is okay not exceptionally comfortable or uncomfortable, Headboard is just laying up against the wall so be carefull. The breakfast area is again dusty. Breakfast is some bagels and coffee. cold cereal, waffles, and pastries.

Its beautiful. The location is perfect. There are dozens of hiking trails nearby, a creek with pools deep enough to swim in, and lots of restaurants
